The current global situation has led to rapid changes in fuel markets, significantly impacting transport costs.

In light of these circumstances, we would like to inform you that IMG Logistics has transitioned to an emergency

operating mode to continue providing uninterrupted high-quality services.

Action Plan:

• As of March 9, 2026, a fuel surcharge will be applied to all clients whose prices did not account for it previously or use “all in” method.
• During this "emergency" period, the fuel surcharge will be reviewed weekly based on the Oil Bulletin EU27 and other indices.
• You can monitor average fuel prices across Europe using the European Commission’s Oil Bulletin website. Weekly Oil Bulletin
• The developed tool for determining and forecasting fuel surcharges you can find below.
• The final surcharge percentage consists of two components: Road BAF and Ferry BAF (Bunker Adjustment Factor) along with ETS (Emission Trading System), which is currently at a “0” reference “March Fixed Rate” point.
• The review of ferry line BAF and ETS rates occurs monthly, around the 20th of each month for the following month.
• We will keep you regularly informed of any changes.
